The house is well set up for a long stay. Two bedrooms, good size closets, dresser drawers, washer/dryer, pretty well stocked and functional kitchen (pots, pans, appliances, utensils) dining table, comfortable beds and furniture, nicely decorated.
This is an end unit in a condominium complex and was really quiet during our long stay. Far enough away from busy roads that you can leave your windows open at night. Neighbors were all pretty quiet too (there are some kids who play in the area in the day, but not rambunctious at all). Parking was easy. We had two big trucks, and almost always had spaces right out in front. The area feels really safe with kids, families, working people, and folks out walking their dogs.
The owners are super nice and regularly ask about anything they could (reasonably) do or invest in to make the experience better. We were the first to move into this rental and suggested a few improvements/repairs, which they followed up on right away. I have rented other homes from them previously because I knew him to be totally trustworthy and that he likes to set up his places to be very functional / home-like experiences. We had a great stay here.
