There is normally a 1 month min on this unit, but since it is a new listing, I was told they opened it up for a few small stays to let people try it out. Lot of things that they wanted to test. They bought a new central AC unit (the old one was apparently 20 years old and noisy) with a new thermostat and keyless entry system. All worked great. It had more room than my Girlfriend and I really needed, but we loved having the space. Blazing fast WiFi and a Starbucks so close by for our AM caffeine fix, although we kinda felt bad leaving for that when there’s such a nice coffee bar right next to the kitchen. We also liked being able to do a quick load of laundry; really convenient. One other thing we noticed was that there really weren’t any neighbors. I mean, of course – it’s a condo – there’s going to be a shared wall, but just one; it’s a 2-story, so nobody above you, and it’s on the end of a row, so only one next door. And not just the end of a row, but the end of a building and the next building’s a good 200 ft. away. So way less commotion from other people, which was great. We loved our stay, and you can’t go wrong with this place.
